Maiko Takedo an ITS Accessories 2014 finalist has garnered the following of Bjork. Her high art head piece accessories are almost what one would image the future of fine jewelry may look like. Her ethereal , futuristic designs are made of a unique medium which makes them a balance of delicate and visionary.
The new album by Björk entitled Vulnicura was presented a few days ago, much ahead of the official release date. The brilliant Icelandic artist decided to embody a female figure of great impact, even more so with the use of an iconic accessory by Maiko Takeda. Maiko was an ITS ACCESSORIES finalist at ITS 2014, where she was granted the Vogue Talents Award. During her tour for the former project entitled Biophilia, Björk had already worn a number of pieces of the Japanese designer as well as of another ITS finalist, Michael Van der Ham.
