Acne Studios the Swedish brand notorious for launching as a denim cult brand that evolved into a Luxury RTW brand in which their directional silhouettes have landed on the racks of the top department stores ( Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fith Avenue) and on a chosen few celebrities.
They have recently announced formal launch of a bag line, I do know that we can all shop on their E comm store for Sunglasses, shoes, clothing ( including a few of the runway looks) and now more hand bags? Perhaps this is a new vision for Acne Studios and I'm sure we will all want to carry around one of their covetable understated designs which won't have a mainstream logo.

When I started looking at bags, the intention was not to do an ”it-bag”, but to explore the world of bags and create different styles and characters. I really enjoy designing bags since it’s so sculptural, almost like creating a piece of art" - Jonny Johansson, Acne Studios Creative Director.
From rope stitching to graphic clean lines, the first full range of bags by the brand includes three models: Buckle jeans, Hero jeans and the Rope styles, all available now.
